We have 7 partners: 3 gymnastic activities, daycare facility, ballet school, tumbles - kids activity, and Montgomery Middle school sports activities. They will send an announcement to their customers as soon as we launch our app (it’s about 2000+ potential users).
We did four public events (Montgomery FunFest in NJ, Helloween, Sport & Family event and Lawrenceville Family event) and got 110 customers on a waitlist.
In total, we have 7 partners and 154 customers on the waitlist.
Problem or Opportunity
TIME Parents have a very hard time delivering their kids to activities because of their busy lifestyle.
TRUST Parents don't trust any 3rd party drivers their kids. They ask help from their friends once-in-a-while and do not feel comfortable to ask to provide support on a regular basis. They prefer to skip activity rather than calling each friend to ask for a ride.
PRICE concern Most parents can't afford a babysitter to ride their kids or use Uber and Lyft, by law.
Solution (product or service)
1. We creating a system in which can set up an order in a few clicks without calling and find the available drivers as fast as possible.

HopSkipDrive and Zum (the most prominent players), Kids Kruiser, Kango, Zem car, etc. -- all of them hire 3rd party drivers (similar to Uber model). They check drivers background, and the drivers need to have from 1 to 5 years of daycare experience. The average price for a ride will be around $17-20. They can't grow fast and must have to deal with each state law. VanGo is hiring only moms who can be drivers. Compared to them, we do not hire any drivers and can operate everywhere.
GoKid, Carpool-Kid, Figure8, Kibzy these are mobile apps that provide only a scheduling mechanism. Some options are free, but if you want to see live tracking, messenger, notification, and synchronize with google calendar, they charge money for the full version. GoKid is a leader in kids carpooling app and scheduled 100 000 rides in August 2019 alone. But they don't have any motivation system to help each other, and you must drive other kids if you want to use their app. In our business model, we will charge $2 for each ride, and the rest of the money ($10) will go to other parents (driver) as an appreciation of their help. Some parents will start to make extra income and build a bigger circle of people who trust them their kids to get more orders.

Currently, parents are looking to hire people they know or being recommended and spend a lot of time communicating and keeping up the relationship. We change that by creating a system in which can set up an order in a few clicks without calling and find available driver as fast as possible.
