Current Status

Our Innovative Cooling solutions include I. Breakthrough thermodynamic concept of Maisothenko Cycle (M-Cycle) and II. Brand new evapoarative NanoComposite material. We have a low-rate production of our window air conditioner using 3D-printing tech.
I. Technology
Maisotsenko Cycle, M-Cycle - a new evaporative cooling technology can deliver cooler supply air temperatures than either direct or indirect evaporative cooling systems, without increasing humidity. The technology can be described as an “ultra cooler” because of its performance capabilities relative to other evaporative cooling products.
The smart M-Cycle system uses consecutive stages of indirect evaporative cooling along with a heat exchanger so that the humid air does not enter the building but is effectively cooled while using as little as 10% as much energy as the traditional air conditioner.
A few technology barriers could be broken by Maisotsenko Cycle (M-Cycle).
The first recorded technology breakthrough of M-Cycle is achieving of dew-point temperature for air in coolers and water in towers in simple, cheap and one-stage apparatus called Heat and Mass Exchanger, HMX.
Demonstration video of the 3rd generation M-Cycle technology is available at https://youtu.be/nqLOKYk-U94
Demo witnesses 100 F (58 C) air cooling without mechanical moving components, refrigerants and chemicals. Air temperature cooling reduction done fr om 160 F (71 С) to 55 F (13 C)
We developed a new thermodynamic cycle known as M-Cycle which uses the simple cross or counter flow heat exchanger and regenerative indirect evaporative cooling with a much different airflow. Thermodynamically an indirect evaporative air cooler passes the primary air (which will be the product air at outlet) on the dry side of the plate. The other side of plate is wet, which absorbs the heat from the dry side by evaporation of water. Thus, the dry side is cooled while wet side is added with latent heat of vaporization. This cycle allows any liquid or vapour to be cooled below the wet bulb and towards the dew point temperature for getting maximum cooling of incoming air.
A fresh air is the only available healthy air as it is not contaminated with certain hazardous impurities. Refrigerated air conditioning works by recycling the same air over and over and progressively reduces its temperature. The space which is to be air-conditioned requires being a sealed system for recirculation. The air becomes stale and it can be carried from one place to another. The Maisotsenko Cycle air conditioning constantly delivers fresh, cool air into the room. There is no recycling or recirculation of stale. Also, there is no need to shut the windows and doors or to restrict people movements to trap air. It can be suitable for indoor and outdoor lifestyle. And because it does not add or remove the moisture, Maisotsenko Cycle air conditioning can deliver a chilly cold, in some cases achieving temperatures colder than the theoretical enthalpy lim it for a given ambient humidity.
The M-Cycle does not use a compressor. It uses fan-driven evaporation to remove heat energy, transferring the temperature drop via a patented Heat and Mass Exchange (HMX) unit to the room air.
The M-cycle may become a popular choice for cooling applications. As it is based on the evaporative cooling, it has following four reasons for which it prominently claims that it is worth implementing: Energy efficient, CFC-free cooling, Water savings, Competitive initial cost
The principle of M-Cycle which can be utilized in variety of energy saving applications in India is that it maintains the humidity level of an incoming air. So this specialty of M-cycle gives us a way to introduce this technology in certain applications which are associated with the problem of higher humidity. Raised humidity during the progress of a particular application finds to be troublesome in case of life of a product, efficiency of the product, considerable savings in electricity, etc.
Independent researchers in nearly 50 Universities worldwide are studying, investigating and developing M-Cycle thermodynamic concept and principles in many different applications. Majority of publications cover air conditioning field, including authors from Persian Gulf's countries. A list of the most important World publications about the M-Cycle is available at https://www.mcyclecorp.com/articles

II. Material
NanoComposite is Evaporative Material with high water absorbency, it is a paper-like sheet material made from glass or basalt mineral fibers or a mixture thereof, an aluminum salt as inorganic binder, polyvinyl acetate emulsion and an additive. The main components of alkaline glass fiber are SiО2 (60%), Na2O (12%) and CаО (8%). The material has excellent features as large capillary force, high water diffusivity, great moisture evaporation rate, resistance to high temperature and aggressive medium, stability in size.

Solution (product or service)

The process of indirect evaporative cooling of air is well known, where air or water approaching the wet bulb temperature of outside air. But for the first time in 1976, in the former USSR, (patents SU No 571669; 979796 and etc.) Valeriy Maisotsenko disclosed a configuration wherein a main stream of air is passed along a dry duct, simultaneously passing an auxiliary air stream counter currently along a moist duct which is in heat-exchange relation with the dry duct. The auxiliary stream is obtained by subdividing the total stream into main and auxiliary streams. It gives opportunity to get cold air below the wet bulb and approaching the dew point temperature of outside air. This configuration is further developed and significantly improved by Maisotsenko in the USA (US Patents No 4,350,570; 4,842,052; 4,971,245; 4,976,113; 4,977,753; 5,453,223; 6,497,107; 6,581,402; 6,705,096; 6,776,001; 6,779,351;6,854,278; 6,948,558; 7,007,453; 7,197,887; 7,228,699; 8,613,839; 9,982,907), wherein the wet and dry ducts are divided into 2 separate sections which allows for pre-cooling of the dry air-streams prior to their entry into the wet duct thereby resulting in enhanced cooling efficiency.
Unique Selling Point (USP):
M-Cycle’s cooling capacity increases (not decreases!) when the temperature (T) of the fluid (air or water) being cooled increases. These unique properties make the M-Cycle ideal for many evaporative cooling applications, where high T of incoming air or water transfers for additional cooling capacity.
Delivers cool air at moderate CFM
High volume of moist air exhaust
Low power consumption
Constant low volume bleed-off
Secondary/working air moisture (water) can be regenerated for circular use
As proven by the U.S. National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL) M-Cycle Air Conditioners are 10 times more efficient than traditional systems.
M-Cycle technology four claims:
Energy efficient & low electricity consumption
CFC-free cooling & zero refrigerant GWP and Ozone Depleting Potential
Water savings,
Competitive initial cost
Another innovation is inorganic and mineral material with huge hydrophilic and absorption capacity and enormous evaporation to surface ratio; it transmits water via cellular structure with plenty of pores (cheap and simple) and prevents bacteria spread.
Evaporative material features:
Bio-resistant stable compound
Intense evaporation effect
Advanced capillary effect
Eco-friendly and fully biodegradable
