It is on-demand delivery platform which enables household retails stores easily expand in AR-commerce , drive more sales, provide customers with same hour delivery and decrease the return logistics exenses

Current Status

We already have product and traction.
Operate in Chicago, Launched in New York City. GVM is $7,500, MRR is $1,500.

We have 1500 registered users.560 users requested a service, the rest in place where we do not have service. Also we have 5 service provides who is ready to provide a service in Canada. In total we have 450 service providers.

Market

Our perfect customer persona is 24-35 years old young people, who live in urban cities, living in rental apartments and preparing to become first time home owner. They are interested in technology and home decor.

Problem or Opportunity

Currently retails stores do not provide to their customers delivery visibility and efficiency. Customers do not have ability to see how item will look in their interior before purchasing. Often times delivery is late and usually takes 2-3 weeks.
$17Bn Furniture Stores are losing because of late delivery. 47Bn hours in total Americans wait before furniture gets delivered. 12% Rising delivery & freight rates, truck maintenance make delivery expensive

Mobile app which helpers stores to list their inventory in AR-commerce and let consumers shop, check how furniture will fit interior and order same hour delivery with real time gps tracking.

Advantages or differentiators

out advantage is that our technology allows consumers and drivers to negotiate delivery fee, Store is powered by AR, our algorithm filters and assigns order to drivers who has experience based on order requirements.

Disadvantage:
We are new company, and do not have large funding. Weather related success, Delivery time depends on Store stock, and ability timely fulfill.

Finance

Our average sale is $350, out of it 20% is delivery fee, and +5% is markup.
Out of 350 as a company we make $87.5

in next 5 years we expect to be in 45 cities across U.S , generate 1000 monthly transaction per each city and make $47M in ARR

Business model

Business model is simple:

We charge 20% fee per delivery + 5% markup per each item sales.
And have $20 monthly fee for drivers who wants to enable power up features in app. (Power up features are like ability to sent an offer to customer, crew management)
