Idea

We connect customers with warehouses in real time on demand for immediate short term or bespoke long-term solution. Short term customer search warehousing by zip code, choose best one based on price, review, distance and book online and get immediate service the same day. E-commerce, constructions, manufacturing customer to get bespoke warehousing solution with multiple locations can search, choose and pre book service online. We change fixed expense to variable expense.

Current Status

We get 1st transaction September 2019. Up to date we have $200k revenue and 1,100 warehouses in the network. We have 7 long term customers and 5 permanent short-term customers.

Market

Our customers are: carriers and freight brokers for short term service and e-commerce and manufacturing for long term service.
Transportation industry is one of the biggest industries in the U.S. with $800B market cap. 71% of goods in the U.S. moves by 3.5M trucks. 535k transportation companies and 15k freight brokers exist on transportation market. 400k warehouses with up to 40% unused space across the U.S. with $160B market cap. 250k e-commerce companies need warehousing on demand with $600B market cap.

Short term customer search warehousing by zip code, choose best one based on price, review, distance and book online and get immediate service the same day. E-commerce, constructions, manufacturing customer to get bespoke warehousing solution with multiple locations can search, choose and pre book service online. Traditional way to find warehousing is google-search-call. Immediate on demand service still no competitors.
