Idea

We are enhancing our educator recruitment platform into AI-based search and select detecting three important sensitivities for teachers to thrive in an international environment. Social, Cultural, and Religious suitabilities.

Current Status

In 2019, we did close to 500K USD in revenues.
We have a contract from a Chinese school chain for $2.5 million dollars to hire 100 teachers per month for a year. It is renewable upon both parties agreeing to it.
We wish to utilize the money to implement a few enhancements to our existing platform that will make teacher selections and vetting much quicker and easier.

We can then sign more contracts with schools all over the world as our human interference would be less and more machine learning applied to our platform.

Market

There are between 1,000,000 to 1500,000 schools around the world and by some estimates 80 million teachers globally. Our market segment is huge.

According to UNESCO, another 80 million teachers will be needed by 2030.
We earned $500,000 USD in 2019 by helping only around 27 schools around the world. Our revenues could shoot drastically if we recruit for 1000 schools within a couple of years. With the enhancement in our current technology platform, it is possible to hire 1000 plus teachers monthly based on automated search/select and machine learning on the vetting process.

Problem or Opportunity

The demand for teachers all around the world is increasing daily and there are not enough teachers in the country of need.
We relocate teachers from a part of the world that has plenty of teachers to the part of the world that lack professional or English language teachers.
We are also focusing on the main factor that finds a teacher's suitability for that culture, and country making the hire smooth and our teachers are sure to complete the contract year in a foreign environment.

Solution (product or service)

We have already been recruiting educators for Turkish private schools and 7 other countries around the world.

With these latest implementations on the site, we aim to expand our services to more than 100 around countries around the world.

Competitors

There are sites like search associates, goverseas, ESlteachers, but none of them have any way of selecting teachers on the basis of social, cultural, and religious sensitivities.

Advantages or differentiators

A good hire cost around $4000 but a bad hire cost schools around $16,000.
Most schools only vet teachers on background checks, degree, etc.
If teachers are vetted for three mentioned sensitivities then teacher replacement cost would be very low for schools. And it is difficult to find a teacher during the school year.
Our Edge is in the AI-based search/select the vetting process.

Finance

We charge a one-off $650 for schools to join our platform. This is the cost of due diligence done for the school.
Between $2000-$3000 per teacher recruitment fee is paid upon a successful hire.
We also offer optional services to teachers for enhancement of their resumes, training programs, on-line certificate-based training.
