The platform (Giveawae) by DanTech LLC is a unique, innovative, engaging, and powerful online multivendor marketplace platform that connects retailers and service providers to customers, an online marketplace for goods and services to provide merchants with competitive, affordable, and secure solutions to enhance their business while enabling customers to book goods and services conveniently. We provide an integrated and complete marketplace solution, enabling users to access everything from one platform.

Current Status

Development of the App and website for various devices is in rapid process and will be launching out soon this December 2020, work been completed as follows:
• Website is 95% developed
• 98% of IOS version
• 95% of android version
• Daily increasing followers on social media platforms.

Market

We will target SME retailers and service providers in the US, Australia, Canada, Estonia, South Africa, Nigeria, Liberia, Ghana and all continents.
The target market includes individuals who are looking for a simple, affordable, and convenient method to book services and purchase goods for their personal, professional, or household requirements. At the same time, we want to help small, medium, and large scale businesses, startups, and service providers to increase their clientele and visibility. The SME sector is the backbone of major developed economies, as well as essential contributors to employment and economic growth.
Millennials and Gen Xers are the biggest online shoppers, with 67% of millennials and 56% of Gen Xers preferring to shop online versus in a brick-and-mortar store. Part of the reason these two segments of the population spend more money online is that they spend more time shopping online. Millennials and Gen Xers spend 50% more time shopping online than their older counterparts: 6 hours versus 4 hours.
Though women stereotypically pinned as shoppers, when it comes to online shopping, men dominate the stats, spending 28% more than women shopping online

Problem or Opportunity

Access to Products & Services: Getting access to a service when it is needed has become to thing of great importance, especially with the uncertainties the COVID -19 times has brought, businesses closing down and services we once had access to has, either closed down or gone bankrupt. Providing an alternatives means of getting products and services adequately is very important at these times.

Digital Footprint: Not everyone has access to funds or knowledge for developing a website or a mobile app to showcase their product or service to the internet community and world at large. The digital monopoly is so great that only business with large financial power today to have an onsite developer for their businesses or large subscription amount to spend on known platforms can have a digital footprint.

Technology and Infrastructure: SMBs face several challenges in access to mass consumers and obtaining adequate technology and infrastructure, they're struggling to gain benefits from the existing marketplaces, these platforms are providing them access to millions of consumers, yet many businesses struggle to stabilize them on these marketplaces because of the stiff competition, limited budgets to compete with bigger brands, and high commission/subscription fees charged by these marketplaces.

We have developed a unique and powerful backend system that will assist small/mid-sized companies. With easy-to-understand features, fully optimized business processes, and seamless online integrations, we provide businesses with a complete experience that can help them grow, gain traction, and develop their niche.

We focus more on connecting consumers, retailers, and service providers. Helping retailers enhance their digital visibility and improve sales, assist skilled service providers to monetize their talent and provide services to a diverse customer base, and provide consumers with the convenience of booking services and purchasing goods in one platform. Business model

We have developed our platform using technology solutions to meet the needs of our target market. We will connect users on a singular platform, directly with their target market, enabling them to improve their sales, visibility and earn additional income at a low-cost, while contributing their skills and expertise to the overall Community.
Users will be able to register to the platform for free and find, book/purchase, manage, track, and pay for goods/services. Users will browse through our extensive database to find the service provider/product they need, using various filters, such as category, budget, type, location, etc. They will also be able to read reviews and feedback from other users on service providers/products to make informed decisions.

We intend growing into a global platform and have successfully registered our branches in the USA, Australia, Estonia, South Africa, Liberia and Nigeria.
