Advantages or differentiators
As above - we offer a holistic solution and a far more robust platform for self-service options. Our greatest differentiator is our advanced analytics and reporting suite, along with permissioning. Operationally, our greatest advantage is our cost of operation. Our primary team of engineers is based in Ukraine, and we operate on a proprietary server infrastructure that offers us a great cost (3-5x cheaper than cloud solutions) and speed advantage.
Our goal is to reach $10mm in revenue by the end of 2020. Revenue will be derived from SaaS platform revenue for the ad server and DSP, revenue share contribution from monetization services, and a small portion of professional services, distribution partnerships, and data related services.
Our main business is inventory monetization, where we establish a technical relationship with the publisher to manage monetization of their video inventory through a programmatic and RTB (Real-Time Bidding) approach. In exchange for our services we enter a revenue share relationship, where we ear a % of total revenue we bring to the content publisher - typically 15-25%.
AdNext also offers a self service option for use of our ad-server and DSP platform, which would garner a fee based on the volume of transactions processed through our platform.
Finally, AdNext offers a customer retention solution which enables content creators to offer their audience a fair exchange of token (blockchain based) value for engaging with paid or advertiser supported content, which can be exchanged for premium content.
Our commercial model is to engage through technology partners that offer other solutions, such as play-out services, to content owners, through OTT platforms, and directly to video content owners, OTT platforms, and MVPDs.
Competition will squeeze margins in the form of pressure on revenue share terms. We also need to balance supply (publisher inventory) along with demand (advertisers/buyers) to ensure inventory yield is maximized by creating a rich exchange environment. Sales and business development is key to maintain this balance.

AdNext platform was developed for and by engineers of Divan.tv, and though it is run as an independent company, AdNext has cut its teeth in a real-world global environment.
